Welcome to the Hugglets 10,000 Bear Makers ProjectTo celebrate Hugglets' 25th anniversary in 2010 we decided to find outhow many bear makers there have ever been in the world - past and present! On this page you are able to call up all the bear makers currently known to us. Please enjoy checking each bear in your collection to see if their maker is recorded here and tell us about any that are missing. After 12 months we hope to have found 10,000 bear makers. To use our system you can either enter the make in the search box or use the alpha index. Each entry can be viewed to see the key data recorded so far. If you find information that can be improved please click the link called 'Improve this key data' which appears on each record to send us a message. If you come across a maker not yet recorded please use Add a maker to tell us whatever information you know and we will open a new entry. Eventually we would like every bear in the world to be able to find its maker recorded here. Later in 2010 we will be expanding our system to enable pictures and comments to be added to each entry.
